How to use this tool

  1. Load the PDF and pick the page you want to work from.
  2. Drag a crop box on the preview, or type margin values directly.
  3. Choose whether to apply the crop to this page only or every page, then click Crop PDF.

How it works

Cropping sets the page's CropBox — the region a viewer displays. The underlying content is preserved rather than deleted, so the operation is reversible and lossless.

Frequently asked questions

Is the cropped-away content really deleted?
No — it is hidden, not removed. If the content is confidential, use Redact PDF instead, which permanently destroys it.
