Translation requires a provider to be configured by the site administrator under Admin → Integrations → AI. Without one, the tool still extracts the text and shows it side by side so you can paste it into a translator of your choice.

Frequently asked questions

Does the translated PDF keep the original layout?

No. The text is re-flowed into a clean new document, because translated text rarely occupies the same space as the original.

Can it translate a scanned PDF?

Run OCR PDF first to create a text layer, then translate.
