Word to PDF

Convert DOCX documents to PDF with formatting preserved.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded to our server.

What to expect from the outputConversion reads the document structure and re-flows it onto PDF pages. Text, styling, lists, tables and images come across faithfully, but page breaks will not always land in exactly the same place as in Word, and advanced features such as headers, footers, footnotes and text boxes are not reproduced. For a pixel-exact copy, use Word's own "Save as PDF".

  2. Choose the output page size and margin.
  3. Click Convert to PDF and download.

Frequently asked questions

Are old .doc files supported?
No — only the modern .docx format. Open a legacy .doc in Word or LibreOffice and re-save it as .docx first.
Why do my page breaks differ from Word?
Word lays out text using its own engine and the exact fonts installed on your machine. This tool re-flows the content in the browser, so line and page breaks can shift slightly even though the content is identical.
