The short version
The files you open in our tools are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us. We do not store your documents because we never receive them.
Your files
Tools on this site read your file into your browser's memory, process it there, and hand the result back as a download. Nothing is transmitted to our servers, and nothing persists after you close the tab. We therefore hold no copies of your documents and have nothing to delete on request.
Any tool that does need to send data somewhere — for example an AI-assisted feature that calls a third-party provider — says so on its own page before you use it.
Information we do collect
- Server logs. Our web host records standard request data: IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user-agent. These are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
- Analytics. If enabled, we use [ANALYTICS PROVIDER] to understand which tools are used and where problems occur. It records page views and anonymous usage events, not the content of your files.
- Contact form. If you write to us, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.
